chAInge - The Private AI Lab for Change Leaders
Working AI prompts and a 90-day plan for change leaders
Bring one live change task to a practical, two-part lab. You will examine where AI can help, build prompts around your work and prepare a plan you can carry into the next 90 days.
A$990 per person, including GST.
Registering your interest does not enrol you or reserve a place. We will contact you when the next dates are confirmed.
01 · Your issue
General AI knowledge does not always change the work
You may have tried an AI tool, joined a presentation or read about what the technology can do. Yet the difficult part remains: deciding where it belongs in a change program, what information it needs and where human judgement must stay in charge.
The gap is not a lack of ability. Change leaders need a practical way to test AI against the work they already handle, rather than another general tour of the tools.
02 · How this helps
Apply AI to the work you already lead
The lab moves from general capability to one real use case. You will examine the task, test where AI may help and shape an approach that you can explain to colleagues and sponsors.
Clarify what AI can and cannot do
Build a clearer view of where AI may support change work and where its limits require human review.
Map opportunities across the change lifecycle
Identify where AI could augment the work, where automation may be suitable and where AI should be avoided.
Develop a use case for your role
Use the GenAI Ideation Canvas to shape a use case around your actual responsibilities. GenAI means generative AI, which can produce material such as text, summaries and draft ideas from your instructions.
Build stronger prompts
Practise a prompt structure that covers the role, task, context, constraints and required format, so the tool receives clearer instructions.
Evaluate the opportunity
Use the Opportunity Radar to compare your idea in a structured way before deciding whether it is ready to test further.
Prepare for the sponsor conversation
Develop a credible response when a sponsor asks what AI means for cost and time. The discussion considers how saved time could be reinvested in coaching, engagement and adoption rather than passed on as a fee discount.
What you leave with
- A validated use case
- A prompt pack and assistant brief
- Reusable prompts
- Ethical and confidentiality guardrails
- One behaviour and one metric
- A 90-day plan
03 · Why AIx
Designed for change work, not tool shopping
Accelerer and AIx bring change leadership and AI capability building into the same room. The lab works across ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, so participants can understand a broader tool ecosystem rather than treat one product as the answer.
Two facilitators work with a maximum of 16 people, creating space for participants to examine their own use cases. Mathias Otte and Raechelle McLean bring more than 40 years of combined experience.
Founder, AIx
Mathias Otte
Mathias has more than 20 years of experience in large-scale workforce transformation across banking, insurance, pharmaceutical and public sector organisations. Based in Melbourne, his work covers AI capability building, ethical AI frameworks and executive education.
His teaching starts with the way a team operates. The aim is to build capability into people, rather than buy tools and hope they become part of the work.
CEO, Accelerer
Raechelle McLean
Raechelle has more than 25 years of experience in large-scale, technology-enabled change across financial services, government, higher education, telecommunications and utilities. She is based in Melbourne and leads Accelerer.
Her approach keeps the human in the loop, which means people remain involved in the decisions and responsible for the result. AI is designed into the workflow from the start rather than added after the work has already been shaped.
04 · Who this is for
Is this lab suited to your work?
The lab is designed for:
- Change Managers
- Change Leads
- Transformation Leaders
- Program Directors
- Organisational change management and adoption specialists
You do not need the same level of AI experience as other participants. Mixed confidence is welcome because the work begins with the task and the decisions around it.
This lab is not designed for people seeking deep technical or engineering training. It also will not suit anyone who cannot bring a live piece of change work to examine.
05 · What to bring
Bring one task that is taking too much from you
Choose one real change task or live deliverable that is draining time or attention. It might involve communication, stakeholder work, reporting or another part of your current program.
Remove names, sensitive information and confidential details before bringing the material into the lab. The task needs to be real, but the private information does not.
06 · What you do
Test, review and refine one practical use case
Session one
Establish your baseline, work through live examples and begin applying structured prompts to your task. You will map opportunities across the change lifecycle and start your GenAI Ideation Canvas.
02
Between the sessions
Run a small experiment using your chosen task. Bring back a sanitised output and what you learned, including anything that did not work as expected.
03
Session two
Review the experiment with peers, assess the use case on the Opportunity Radar and refine your prompt pack and assistant brief. You will also practise how to discuss cost, time and reinvestment with a sponsor.
04
Close
Choose one behaviour and one metric, then shape a 90-day plan for continuing the work.
07 · How it runs
Two sessions with time to practise between them
The lab runs in person as two sessions of five hours. The sessions are not back-to-back, which gives you time to test an idea in your work before returning to review it.
Each lab has a maximum of 16 participants.
The next dates are still being confirmed. Register your interest and we will contact you when the next lab is scheduled.
08 · Teaching stance
The work stays practical and accountable
The lab uses sanitised live work because useful AI decisions depend on the task, its context and the people responsible for the result. Participants test ideas in a setting where an incomplete experiment can still provide useful information.
AI may help draft, compare or organise material, but the human remains accountable for what is accepted, changed or used. The purpose is to prepare before pressure builds, so change leaders can make deliberate choices about where AI belongs.

09 · After the lab
Carry the work into the next 90 days
You leave with material built around your own role, including a validated use case, prompt pack, assistant brief, reusable prompts and practical guardrails.
Your 90-day plan connects the lab to one behaviour and one metric in your current work. It gives you a defined next step without treating the first experiment as a finished answer.
